  • Agree to allow GSNETX to update your household’s information in our membership system. This may include email address, phone number, mailing address, etc.

The Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas Product Sales Team loads girls into our Cookie Program software (eBudde & Digital Cookie) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays based on Parent Permission Forms completed by 11:59 p.m. the day prior. For example, if a Parent Permission Form is completed on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m., she will not be loaded in the Cookie Program software until Wednesday by 11:59 p.m.

I Will Make Sure That:
  1. My Girl Scout’s membership is active for 2022.
    1. This means that she’s a member of Girl Scouts for 10/1/2021 through 9/30/2022.
  2. We will only sell new, Little Brownie Bakers cookies, at the prices set by Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, within our council service area.
    1. Cookies from a past Cookie Program cannot be sold in the current Cookie Program.
    2. Cookies & Prices for the 2022 Cookie Program:
      1. Thin Mints - $5
      2. Samoas - $5
      3. Tagalongs - $5
      4. Trefoils - $5
      5. Lemon Ups - $5
      6. Do-si-dos - $5
      7. Adventurefuls - $5
      8. Girl Scout S’mores - $6
      9. Toffee-tastic - $6

  3. We will not allow a retailer or business to sell cookies on behalf of my Girl Scout and the Girl Scout must be present at all times during cookie booth sales.
    1. Girl Scout cookies should always be sold by a girl as part of the Girl Scout Cookie Program.
    2. Stores, restaurants, businesses, etc., cannot sell cookies off store shelves, websites, as part of their menu, etc.
    3. All booth sales must be approved by Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas.
  4. You must pay for all cookies ordered on behalf of your Girl Scout.
    1. I agree to accept full financial and personal responsibility, including on-time payment, for all Girl Scout cookies ordered and money due related to my Girl Scout’s participation in the 2022 Cookie Program.
    2. I understand I am liable for the amount not paid and that it could result in being referred to a collection agency and I will be responsible for paying costs and fees associated with all collection efforts.
  5. You cannot return cookies and you must pay your troop in full, on time.
    1. I agree that any cookies remaining unsold in my possession by/for my Girl Scout may not be returned to my Troop/GSNETX. After the program ends, they are my property and I accept financial responsibility for them.
    2. My Girl Scout will not receive rewards if her balance for the Girl Scout Cookie program is not paid in full and on time. Girl reward items are ordered only for eligible girls who have paid their balance in full by the end of the program on the date set by GSNETX. Girls and troops may continue to sell cookies until May 31, 2022.
  6. Make sure you get receipts from your troop when money or cookies are exchanged.
    1. I understand that my Troop Cookie Manager is responsible for giving me a signed receipt for all cookies I receive and all money I turn in, and that it is my responsibility to keep all copies until May 31, 2022. GSNETX retains the right to request these receipts in the event of discrepancies/conflicts beyond May 31, 2022.
  7. You and your Girl Scout cannot take orders of any kind prior to December 13, 2021.
    1. No cookie orders may be taken, prior to the official order taking date of December 13, 2021. Any cookie orders taken prior to this date are strictly prohibited.
    2. Cookies may be sold through May 31, 2022 at the prices set by GSNETX, though all payments are due at the conclusion of the 2022 Cookie Program.
  8. There are additional rules that must be followed to sell cookies at a booth sales. You may not directly approach any business to ask to set up a booth sale prior to October 30, 2021.
    1. We will follow all booth safety and etiquette at approved booth sales and understand that failure to follow the process and etiquette will result in a $25 fine per instance applied to the girl/family and/or troop who violates the policy.
    2. This includes not approaching council partners such as Walmart, Kroger, Tom Thumb, and others, that are set up by GSNETX.
    3. All council partners will be listed on the My Sales form published at My Sales requests can begin on October 30, 2021.
    4. I understand and agree that credit card fees will not be passed along to the customer.
    5. Additionally, failure to follow booth sale etiquette and safety guidelines may affect your troop’s approval and sign-up for future booths.
  9. You and your Girl Scout cannot post about cookies for sale on for sale sites or groups on social media or on the web.
    1. Posts about cookies on sites such as eBay, Craigslist, and/or any other “for sale” sites are strictly prohibited. This includes garage sale sites, Facebook Market Place, etc.
    2. Digital Cookie is the only online platform that Girl Scouts can use to sell Girl Scout cookies.
    3. When using Digital Cookie, only accept orders that can be delivered within 7-10 days. The only exception to this is Digital Cookie preorders prior to January 14, 2022.
  10. Make sure your girl stays safe while selling.
    1. If she is a Daisy - Cadette, she should always sell with an adult present. Seniors and Ambassadors should only sell with friends, never by themselves when going door to door, but an adults are still required to be present at all booth sales.
    2. Only use the first names when signing emails or cookie alerts regarding sales.
